Booking & Payment

All sessions are prepaid.
After booking, you receive a Stripe payment link.
Payment confirms your slot. No payment, no session.
No refunds. No reschedules. No exceptions.
By booking, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

Session Conduct

These are not coaching calls. They are filters.
You pitch. We dissect. No warm-up. No hand-holding.
Expect pressure. Expect precision. Expect clarity.

Session Add-Ons

• Session Recording: Raw file only. No edits. No support.
• Transcript Dump: Raw transcript. No summary. No commentary.

Duration & Format

Pitch durations are fixed: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Format: WhatsApp or Zoom, depending on selection.
Replay slots follow the same duration logic.

Outcomes

You leave with clarity. Or you leave.
If we see potential, we build. If not, you study your wreckage.
No upgrades. No soft landings. Recovery tools are for those who missed the mark.

Ownership & Rights

You own your pitch. We own our feedback.
Recordings and transcripts are delivered as-is. No revisions.
We reserve the right to refuse service if tone, intent, or execution misaligns.

Communication

All correspondence is direct. No chit-chat.
WhatsApp is used for logistics only.
Email is used for Stripe links and delivery of add-ons.

Services

We provide professional business consulting services remotely.
Details about service types, pricing, and bookings are available on the Site.

Booking

By booking a session, you confirm:

• You’re legally entitled to receive the services
• You’ll provide accurate and complete information
• You accept our pricing structure
• You’ll provide access if booking a mobile service

Notifications

After making the payment, you’ll be redirected to a bookings page. Book your slot there. 
Once you have booked your slot, you will get a confirmation email.
We don’t send reminders. You track your own time.

We call you on WhatsApp. We send you the Zoom links. That’s for us to do.

Pricing

Prices are clearly listed on the Site.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel.
Late cancellations incur a 40% fee.
Late arrivals shorten your session. No refunds.
You may book another session at full price.

Confidentiality

Any personal data you provide is used solely for booking and service delivery.
We don’t share your data without consent, unless required by law.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Site or services implies acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and Greece.
