Payment & Confirmation

All pitch sessions are paid upfront and confirmed upon receipt of payment. These sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for credit or exchange.

Attendance & Delivery

By booking, you agree to attend the session prepared and on time. We deliver value live – through direct questioning, strategic insight, and operational clarity. There is no physical product to return, and no refund process to initiate. Once payment is made, the pitch call proceeds as scheduled. Should you not make the call, no re-scheduling will take place.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 24 hours and we cannot fill the slot, 40% of the full pitch price is retained. This isn’t a penalty – it’s operational logic. We run a tight schedule. You book it, you own it.

Exceptional Circumstances

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling under normal conditions. However, in the event of a verified emergency – such as a medical crisis or bereavement – we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit. This is not a guarantee, and any consideration will require written notice and supporting documentation within 24 hours of the missed session.

VAT & Tax

All listed prices include VAT. Any applicable taxes are handled on our end.
